• How long does the trees take to ship?

8-14 day shipping time for the trees to arrive.

• Are the trees returnable if I do not like it?

Unfortunately, our company strives to please every customer. However, we will provide only store credit for items purchased, unless other circumstances occur. If your package has visibly arrived damaged, please email Drop.Supp0rt@gmail.com with photos of the product to receive full refund. Products may not be returned after 7 days after receiving product. If pruducts arrive later that you had expected, again please email Drop.Supp0rt@gmail.com to receive updates on your order. If the order is received, in order to process your refund, we may first have to receive the original product. All refunds may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
